1. Introduction

Any violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your password and login credentials remain confidential. Technodera is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access caused by your negligence.

7. Payments and Billing

7.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing or billing terms at any time.

7.2 Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Bank transfer,
  • Mobile banking (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket),
  • Credit/debit card, or
  • Online gateways (e.g., SSLCommerz, Stripe, PayPal if available).

7.3 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available.
  • Domain registration, SSL, and third-party licenses are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests must be submitted to billing@technodera.com with proof of payment.

8. Data Privacy and Usage

We respect your privacy. Technodera collects only the information necessary to provide and improve our services — such as your name, email, billing details, and domain/hosting usage data.

8.1 Data Handling

  • Your data is stored securely in accordance with Bangladeshi data laws and international best practices.

    • To comply with legal obligations.
    • To process payments or provide hosting infrastructure (trusted partners only).

8.2 Email Communication

9. Service Availability & Uptime

Technodera shall not be held responsible for downtime caused by:

  • Third-party providers,
  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks),
  • User misconfiguration.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, logos, and system software are property of Technodera unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any content without written permission.

11. Termination of Service

Technodera may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms,
  • Fail to pay invoices within the due period,
  • Engage in illegal or harmful activity using our infrastructure.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@technodera.com.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technodera shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data, profits, or business interruption,
  • Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 3 months.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be settled in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

14. Changes to These Terms

Technodera reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.
